The Veil

The Veil is set in a future British distopia which shares elements with other famous distopias from Margaret Atwood's Handmaid's Tale, through Orwell's 1984 and Frank Zappa's Joe's Garage, mixed in with real and present threats associated with current plans for biometric identity cards and the databases likely to come along with them. Naturally all of these fears are real and scary.
